Wanna make your Corned Beef to the next level? Try this easy recipe! :-)
2 cans of your all-time favorite Corned Beef
Garlic (at least 2 cloves. I love Garlic so I minced 5 cloves.)
1 small red Onion, minced
Half a bottle (100 grams) of Beauxtro's Pesto Sauce (available here!)
1 pack (220 grams) of Spanish Style Tomato Sauce
Salt
Pepper
1. Saute Garlic then Onions.
2. Add Corned Beef. Saute for 2 minutes.
I, oftentimes, make the Corned Beef a little bit dry, almost having this crispy texture.
3. Add Tomato Sauce.
4. Add Pesto Sauce.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
And there you have it! You're Corned Beef In Pesto-Tomato Sauce!
